Tiffany Roan has joined the Dearfield Fund for Black Wealth as the Client Success Manager. In this newly created role, Tiffany will create and implement a welcome and onboarding program for individuals interested in buying a home. She will also engage directly with Dearfield Fund homeowners to identify and then provide financial coaching services and support through the homeownership journey. Tiffany will also lead the Dearfield Fund’s community engagement efforts.
Tiffany has spent her career in the financial literacy field, educating individuals about the practical steps they can take to improve their finances and helping them address psychological barriers as well.
Prior to joining the Dearfield Fund team, Tiffany worked as the Financial Wellness Lead at Wellby Financial in Houston where she created an education curriculum. Prior to her work in Houston, Tiffany conducted financial literacy workshops with Operation HOPE in Tennessee, assisting clients in improving their personal finance picture by increasing their savings and improving credit. As the Outreach Coordinator for the state’s Treasury Department, Tiffany traveled across Tennessee to promote the state’s college savings program and educate the community about the importance of saving for college early.
Tiffany studied finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She received her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Memphis.
Tiffany moved to Denver in order to join the Dearfield Fund. She is immersing herself in all things Denver, soaking up Five Points and taking in History Colorado’s exhibits. She also enjoys traveling with her family and friends.
